| Found this Battus Philenor caterpillar on my walkabout last Tuesday, on Genius Loci property west of the Sutherland Wash. I submitted this and another photo to butterflies and moths for a positive identification. In the future, perhaps GLF will partner with BAMONA as part of our education component. |

| Every now and then we'll have screech owls stop by for a few days, sometimes longer. This guy seemed interested in what I was doing in the studio. |
